Interpretive Data
May include disease information, patient result explanation, recommendations, or details of testing.
Presence of allergen-specific IgE indicates sensitization, but it may not differentiate between tolerant and allergic individuals. Serology results alone cannot confirm or establish an allergy diagnosis. A negative test does not rule out clinical allergy or even anaphylaxis.
