Serum separator tube (SST).

Specimen Preparation

Separate serum from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection. Transfer 5 mL serum to ARUP Standard Transport Tubes and freeze immediately. (Min: 1 mL)
Test is not performed at ARUP; separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered.

CRITICAL FROZEN.
