Specimen Preparation
Transfer 0.5 mL CSF to an ARUP Standard Transport Tube and freeze immediately. (Min: 0.2 mL) 
Storage/Transport Temperature
Frozen. 
Unacceptable Conditions
Refrigerated specimens greater than 24 hours.
