Lavender (EDTA), pink (K2EDTA) or bone marrow aspirate in lavender (EDTA) or pink (K2EDTA).  
Specimen Preparation
 Do not freeze specimens. Transport 1 mL whole blood OR 1 mL bone marrow. (Min: 0.5 mL).  
Storage/Transport Temperature
Refrigerated.  
Unacceptable Conditions
Plasma (refer to Cytomegalovirus by PCR, ARUP test code 0060040). Heparinized specimens. Frozen specimens.
