Serum separator tube.  
Specimen Preparation
Transfer 1 mL serum to an ARUP Standard Transport Tube. (Min: 0.3 mL)  
Storage/Transport Temperature
Refrigerated.  
Unacceptable Conditions
Plasma or other body fluids. Contaminated, heat-inactivated, hemolyzed, icteric, or lipemic specimens.

 Phosphatidylglycerol Antibody, IgG 0-​11 U/mL: Normal
12-​18 U/mL: Equivocal.  Suggest repeat testing in 4-​6 weeks or consider antibody testing for cardiolipin IgG and IgM, beta-​2 glycoprotein 1 IgG and IgM and lupus anticoagulant.
19 U/mL or greater: Positive
 Phosphatidylglycerol Antibody, IgM 0-​11 U/mL: Normal
